It’s been a crazy busy couple of weeks due to traveling, and now I finally have time to sit on my couch this Sunday to decompress, write, and reset for the week ahead. I tend to get anxious before the start of a week, so a nourishing Sunday night routine always helps me feel refreshed and ready to take on Monday morning!
Mud Masks & Deep Conditioner
Sundays are for clearing out my pores and hydrating my hair. I found this amazing dead sea mud mask at Chelsea Market, which never fails to make my face look and feel completely rejuvenated. I’ll apply the mask for 20 minutes, while also deep conditioning my hair with a Moroccan oil hair mask. I’ll then wash off in a hot shower, and moisturize. Nothing is better than waking up with and starting my week off with soft skin & hair!
Lavender Essential Oils
Lavender oil is my go to when trying to relax for the night. I’ll add some to the floor of a steamy shower or to my Muji aroma diffuser to help me wind down.
